Amazing clinic! Welcoming and friendly staff that made me feel comfortable from the start. As a trans person it is sometimes nerve-wracking going to places where the body is examined and worked on, but I felt so welcome and safe at BSC. I had a consultation today with Rachael for fat freezing, and she was able to fit me in for a session, saving me a drive back from the mountains! She talked me through the whole process and services and what would be best for me, and the actual session itself was easy and pain free (yes you can feel the suction and cold, but it doesn't hurt) While cost for me is a struggle at the moment, any future services of this kind I will certainly be returning to BSC!

I love the clinic because not only that they are very friendly but they give you your option on what you needed done but they don't push their treatments to you without giving you time to think. I went to a lot of clinic consultation's and they always want you to pay for the sessions now and they say we will give you discount if you pay upfront. With the clinic Rachael and the team will not force you. They are also very flexible. So I prefer going with them for my treatment. They also very good with their treatment.
